We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Best for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium tennis gear, but if something isn’t right, our straightforward return process will get you back on court quickly.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid label (if return is our error)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely pack items with:

  • Original packaging and accessories
  • Completed return form (from your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Processing

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

  • Timing: 5-10 business days after processing (credited to original payment method)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Restocking fee: May apply for non-defective returns of premium equipment (e.g., ball machines, court equipment)

Exchanges

For size exchanges on apparel or shoes:

  • Follow standard return process
  • Note preferred replacement size in your request
  • We’ll ship new item once return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

For immediate exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure player safety and equipment integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom string jobs (Multi-filament or Polyester Tennis String installations)
  • Used ball machine components
  • Opened court maintenance chemicals
  • Personalized items (monogrammed apparel or bags)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged equipment or defective apparel:

  1. Do not use the item
  2. Take photos of the damage/defect
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
