  • Express Standard: 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx)
  • Economy Free Shipping: 15-25 business days after processing (free on orders over $50 via EMS)
Note: We don’t ship to Asia and some remote areas.
How are racquets packaged for shipping?
Every racquet ships in a protective sleeve from our climate-controlled Kentucky facility. We use a triple-check system to ensure your order arrives perfectly.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You may return items within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Please email [email protected] to initiate returns.
Can I return customized equipment?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized or specially ordered items like strung racquets with specific tension requests.
